What You Can See in Message Logs
Each log entry provides detailed information about the message that was triggered, including:- Date & Time: When the message was triggered
- Phone Number: Destination number
- Message Type: Template, cart reminder, test, etc.
- Event Source: What caused the message (e.g. “Order Placed”, “Cart Recovery”)
- Order ID: Related WooCommerce order (if available)
- Message Content: The actual message sent
- Status: Sent, Failed, or In Queue
