Message Logs
Track every WhatsApp message sent by the plugin including event type, status, order ID, and message content with detailed filtering and performance stats.
The Message Logs page in the SentSays WooCommerce plugin gives you complete visibility into every WhatsApp message sent - including test messages, event-triggered notifications, and abandoned cart reminders.
This log is crucial for tracking delivery success, identifying failures, and analyzing plugin performance over time.
What You Can See in Message Logs
Each log entry provides detailed information about the message that was triggered, including:
- Date & Time: When the message was triggered
- Phone Number: Destination number
- Message Type: Template, cart reminder, test, etc.
- Event Source: What caused the message (e.g. “Order Placed”, “Cart Recovery”)
- Order ID: Related WooCommerce order (if available)
- Message Content: The actual message sent
- Status: Sent, Failed, or In Queue
Statistics
At the top of the logs page, you’ll find real-time statistics to understand the impact of your messaging efforts:
- Total Messages Sent
- Failed Messages
- Success Rate (%)
- Abandoned Carts
- Recovered Carts
- Notifications Sent
- Recovery Rate (%)
