Step by step guide to get started quickly with SentSays WhatsApp marketing platform - from account creation to sending your first campaign.
Create Your SentSays Account
Visit app.sentsays.com and sign up using your email or through social login with Google or Facebook. The signup process is fast and secure.
Use a valid email you can access, as you’ll need to verify your account.
Connect Your WhatsApp Number
SentSays uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API, so you need to link a WhatsApp Business number to your account.
- Use the Embedded Signup feature in your dashboard for a smooth connection process.
- Make sure your WhatsApp number is not already registered with the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app.
The phone number must be dedicated to business messaging through the API. If your number is already used on WhatsApp, you’ll need to remove it before connecting here.
Import Your Contacts
Once your WhatsApp number is connected, add your contacts:
- You can add contacts manually or
- Use the bulk import option by uploading a CSV file. Organize contacts by grouping them based on your marketing needs.
Send Your First Message
Go to the Chat page to start one on one conversations or use Messaging Campaigns to send bulk messages.
- Send text, images, audio, or video messages
- Schedule campaigns based on your preferred timing
Automate Replies (Optional)
Set up Automated Reply Workflows to instantly respond to keywords or phrases your customers send. This helps provide quick support without manual intervention.
