To use WhatsApp messaging through SentSays, your phone number must not be connected to the personal WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Business app. If it is, you’ll need to disconnect it before connecting to the API via SentSays.
You’ll also need a verified Facebook Business account and an approved WhatsApp Business number. We’ll walk you through this in the next section.
