The Team page in SentSays helps you manage your collaborators efficiently by inviting members, assigning roles, and controlling their access. This ensures smooth teamwork on your WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
How to Add Team Members
- Click the Invite Member button.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Assign an appropriate role (e.g., Admin, Agent, Viewer) based on their responsibilities.
- Send the invitation. The user will receive an email to join your organization on SentSays.
Managing Roles and Permissions
- Admin: Full access to all features and settings.
- Agent: Access to chats, tickets, and assigned campaigns.
Assign roles carefully to maintain security and prevent unauthorized actions.
Editing and Removing Team Members
You can update user roles or remove members anytime from the Team page. Changes take effect immediately.
