Setting Up AI Assistant

To train the AI Assistant to respond accurately according to your business:
  1. Upload company information files:
    Supported formats include PDF, Word (.docx), and plain text (.txt). These documents help the AI understand your business context and provide relevant answers.
  2. Set trigger keywords:
    Define specific keywords (e.g., assistant, askai) that will activate the AI during chats.
  3. Enable AI for chats:
    Choose whether to enable AI responses for all chats or only selected conversations.
  4. Save and activate your AI Assistant.
You must upload at least one valid business document to enable the AI Assistant.
