- Click Add New Reply.
- Enter a trigger keyword or phrase your customers might send.
- Define the response message. This can be plain text, a WhatsApp-approved message template, or media like images or videos.
- Save and activate the reply.
The reply triggers when the incoming message contains the keyword. Avoid overlapping or ambiguous keywords to prevent multiple replies.

Important Considerations
- Basic Replies work best for simple, exact keyword matches.
